Before you submit: what we accept, and what you'll need

Political advertising of any kind — candidates, parties, or issue campaigns, Kenyan or US. NAKA does not sell advocacy space.
Ethnic, tribal, or hateful content, including anything that disparages a community or region of Kenya. Applies to images and targeting as well as words.
Kenyan plot sales, land-buying companies, saccos, off-plan or pre-construction sales, and individual land sellers.
Payday and predatory lending, MLM or recruitment schemes, gambling, adult content, tobacco, vape, cannabis.
Miracle-cure or unapproved health claims, and anything trading on members' immigration fears.

Immigration services: Licensed attorney or DOJ-accredited representative. State the credential in the ad. No outcome promises — no “guaranteed visa” or “we know someone at the embassy”.
Kenyan property: A CBK-licensed bank or financial institution, or an EARB-registered estate agent whose registration number appears in the ad. The link must go to the institution’s own domain, no deposits may be collected through the ad, and the “NAKA does not verify title” disclaimer applies.
Money transfer, forex, investment: A verifiable licence or registration number. No rate or return guarantees.

Your card is authorised when you submit, not charged. We capture payment only when the ad is approved — a rejected ad is never charged. Authorisations expire after about 7 days.
NAKA may reject or remove any ad at any time. Approval is not endorsement.
If a member reports your ad, we contact you and you have 24 hours to respond. Without an adequate response the ad is removed, with no refund.
Ads removed for breaching this policy are not refunded. Ads removed for NAKA's own reasons are refunded pro-rata.
You confirm you hold the rights to any image used, and that your claims can be substantiated.
The ad must not use the NAKA name or logo, or imply NAKA endorsement.
The ad must not collect member data directly — no embedded forms, no requests for documents or ID.

Submitting an ad means you agree to these terms and to the Community Guidelines.
