Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

NAKA's commitment to preventing and reporting child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

Last updated 2026-08-11

NAKA has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). This applies to every part of our platform — forum posts and replies, direct messages, uploaded images, profile content, business and event listings, and any other user-generated content on our website or mobile app.

Who this platform is for

NAKA is a professional association for the Kenyan diaspora. Membership requires that you be at least 18 years old. This platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account.

What we do not allow

  • Any image, video, text, or link depicting or sexualizing a minor.
  • Any content that solicits, promotes, or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor.
  • Any attempt to use this platform to contact, groom, or arrange to meet a minor for a sexual purpose.
  • Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM hosted elsewhere.

Violating this policy results in immediate content removal and account termination, and is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement as required by law.

How to report

If you encounter content on NAKA that you believe violates this policy, email support@nakenyans.org with a description and, if possible, a link or screenshot of the content. Reports are reviewed by a NAKA administrator, and violating content is removed as soon as it's confirmed.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement first. In the United States, you can also report directly to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.

How we respond

NAKA administrators can remove any post, reply, message, or listing on the platform. Reported content is reviewed promptly, and confirmed violations are removed immediately, with the responsible account suspended or permanently banned. We cooperate fully with NCMEC and law enforcement investigations.

This policy is part of our broader Community Guidelines, which govern all conduct on the platform.
