What sponsorship is, and isn't

Sponsorship buys visibility, not influence. NAKA's advocacy positions are adopted by board vote on the merits, and a sponsor's interests do not bear on them — a sponsor may be publicly disagreed with while sponsoring. No sponsor sees member data or gets contact details for any member, at any tier, under any circumstances. No sponsor previews, approves, or vetoes NAKA communications. Sponsorship is disclosed wherever a sponsor is mentioned.

Every sponsorship is a written, one-year agreement with a fixed start and end date — NAKA does not offer multi-year commitments. An early partner keeps their rate on renewal as the audience grows; that is the actual bargain a founding-tier sponsor is buying, ahead of impressions or reach numbers.
