Responsibilities
- Manage all financial accounts and transactions
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to the board
- Develop and monitor the annual budget
- Process membership dues and other payments
- Ensure timely payment of organizational obligations
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with accountants for tax filings
- Provide financial guidance for organizational decisions
Qualifications
- Strong financial management and accounting skills
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Understanding of nonprofit financial practices preferred
Time Commitment
This role requires approximately 6-10 hours per month, including board meetings, committee work, and event participation.
