Responsibilities

  • Record and distribute minutes of all board and general meetings
  • Maintain official organizational records and documents
  • Manage organizational correspondence and communications
  • Maintain the membership database and records
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and send reminders
  • Ensure proper notice for all meetings per bylaws
  • Maintain custody of organizational documents
  • Assist with newsletter and member communications

Qualifications

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with digital tools and document management
  • Reliability and commitment to deadlines
  • Experience in administrative or coordination roles

Time Commitment

This role requires approximately 6-10 hours per month, including board meetings, committee work, and event participation.
