Responsibilities
- Record and distribute minutes of all board and general meetings
- Maintain official organizational records and documents
- Manage organizational correspondence and communications
- Maintain the membership database and records
- Coordinate meeting schedules and send reminders
- Ensure proper notice for all meetings per bylaws
- Maintain custody of organizational documents
- Assist with newsletter and member communications
Qualifications
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with digital tools and document management
- Reliability and commitment to deadlines
- Experience in administrative or coordination roles
Time Commitment
This role requires approximately 6-10 hours per month, including board meetings, committee work, and event participation.
