Founder Director

The Founder Director holds a permanent board seat, providing continuity and stewardship of NAKA's founding vision. The Founder Director has full voting rights and may serve concurrently as an officer.

Responsibilities

Attend and vote in board meetings
Safeguard continuity of NAKA's mission and institutional knowledge
Provide strategic guidance to the board and officers
Support organizational development and partnerships

Held by NAKA's founder — a permanent seat, not an elected position
